Merit Table

After what seemed like the longest drive in the world we made it to our sea  side destination of Burnham on Crouch we were eager for the game to start Rob Kelly was even there first before we even started we had to change the front row with Rhys Thacker coming of due to an injury from last weeks game we set the pace from the off with them kicking to us we held the ball well with our first scrum dominating over the top of the all the way flicking the ball to the wing set Millsy with an amazing run down the right hand side they didn't see the flash again as we did the same again Dan Treamer converting started to push us along well the we seemed to slow down a little nearly letting them score but the forwards worked well together jay brown tight head prop smashed them out of the way allowing Lee Smith to pick the ball up passing to Rob Kelly and then taking 4 of there players out with him placed the ball so we could pass it out again to the wing and scoring between the posts was Matt Johnson Dan was right on target with a little drop over the post to put us in charge in the 2nd half we started a bit slow nearly letting them run past it again Dan Bolt took the biggest hit knocking there player scatty but the ref was asleep at this stage and gave a penalty putting us on our line they tried to run it at us but we could see how they had set there selves and the big man went down with one of our boys just laughing at him saying told you I would get to you before you would get to me we got them to the floor again winning the ball Lee Smith on our line was calling for the ball but the ref miss heard him thinking he was telling him what to do and sent him off to the sin bin but this was ok we got the ball back again flicked it back to Dan Treamer who hoofed it over there heads matt ran like the wind and scored again we had the whistle and took them for 41-0 the game was awesome everyone gave 110% and should all be proud of themselves there is no man of the match for us we played as a team comment of the game from Dan Bolt sorry I didn't realise I thought your curly hair was a scrum hat we are at the top of our div at the mo with only 1 loss in our merit table we have Eaton Manor at home December the 6th please come give us your support plus if you know of anybody who wants to come play rugby please pass there details to the club as we are a little short of players at the moment or try and talk some old players back to the club well done to the 4s for there win today as well.
