This is your chance to hear what the club has been doing, to decide what it will do in the future and to elect the officers who will manage the club. We expect big changes in the coming few years and it is important that members participate in the decision making.

Nomination of officers for Election at the AGM

Nominations for Election as Officers duly proposed and seconded by members entitled to vote (full paid up club members) shall be delivered in writing to the Hon Sec (Chris McFerran) no later than Friday the 28th of April 2006All proposals must be countersigend by the person proposed indicating that they are willing to stand. Members seeking election to the Executive should have held Full Membership (Voting Member Minimum) for a minimum of 12 months prior to the AGM
Please note that under the club rules nominations cannot be taken from the floor, they must be submitted in writing in advance as explained above.

The posts for which nominees are sought are listed below and nominations for all of them are required if the club is to function smoothly in the coming year. Where one or more nominations have already been received it is indicated. Members thinking of standing for election and who would like to know the duties involved are encouraged to talk to any existing club officer.
