This season Harlow Ladies are delighted to be sponsored by the Vanida Thai Restaurant at Bush Fair, one of three very successful and popular Asian Restaurants owned by Mohib Uddin and his family. On Sunday Mohib joined them for their league match against Thetford. The ladies responded with a superb win. Despite appalling weather conditions they still managed to play running rugby scoring eight excellent tries. Sarah Stimpson playing at outside centre scored five and Nicky Millman coming on as a second half replacement added two with Becky Hodges completing the tally. Rebecca Conway slotted a conversion despite the treacherous surface which made kicking very difficult.

Harlow ladies train on Monday evenings at the club on Elizabeth Way. and are always pleased to welcome new players. Although experience is useful many of the present team learned the game from scratch with the club.
