Skinner in Lycra London to Southend Graham Skinner is taking part in the London to Southend bike ride this Sunday (19th July 2009) and would like to see if I can get some more sponsors from Harlow Rugby Club.
He has decided to pull on some lycra and risk some chaffing to cycle the 59 miles between London and Southend.
He is doing this this to raise funds for St Clare's Hospice and the Epping Breast Cancer Unit, where amazing care and compassion was given to his mother before she died last year. The staff and volunteers at both charities are an outstanding group of people who help individuals and their families in very difficult circumstances but rely heavily on charitable donations to provide this care
