Q: Will I save any money?
A: Yes you will! BT and other carriers still make you pay a minimum call charge (usually 5p) for the first minute even if your call lasts 1 second. the Harlow Rugby Club Telephone Service will charge you ONLY for the time you spend on the phone. In addition our 3–2–1 pricing for peak, off-peak and weekend Local and National calls could save you as much as 30% more than BT.

Q: Is It difficult To switch To the Harlow Rugby Club Telephone service?
A: No, it couldn’t be easier! Your number won’t change and you won’t have to operate your phone any differently. You won’t need an engineer or any additional equipment. All reprogramming is done at the local exchange using a system called Carrier Pre – Select (CPS). This means that BT (who still own the local exchanges) do the reprogramming for you. The process is totally seamless!

Q: Will I get itemised call statements with my bill?
A: Yes you will. All bills are sent out on a monthly basis and all calls over 20 seconds in duration are itemised. Payment will be collected by Direct Debit later.
