The Harlow ladies worked hard for their second league win this season and have now, with friendlies, won four of their five games this year.

Skipper Kelly Cotterill set a fine example, the prop powering over the line for Harlow’s second try. The visitors had taken a 7-0 lead at the start of the game but a try form fly half Keeley Diprose, converted by Sarah French redressed the balance. Cotterill then struck to put her side in the lead A try by centre Rebecca Nichol gave the Harlow ladies a commanding 17-7- lead at the interval.In the second half A serious wrist injury to Charlotte Stead reduced Harlow to 11 players but they extended their lead straight away when winger Nicky Millman scored the first of her two tries .West Norfolk pulled one back but Harlow defended well and fully deserved their win.
