When Kelly was approached at the rugby club in 2000 and asked if a fancied playing tag rugby she said:

I did not have a bleeding clue what it was but she was on a major diet at the time and wanted to do some exercise so she thought she wouldd give it a go, she had never held an odd shape ball her life! (or so she lead us to beleive)

So she is one of the originals and when they suggested we did some contact she was more than happy to oblige (She loves getting rough and dirty).

She will never forget the 1st game against Rochford Ladies, she was so nervous and we beat them 25-5 Five years on and three league seasons down the line she is still loving it, and she has made some fantastic mates

We are like one big happy drunk family!

Then of course there is the social side of rugby, well we have really exploited that and there has been so many funny times but what goes on tour stays on stays on tour!!!

It looks like we could win the league this year we have really worked hard this year to achieve this and she says:

I am so proud not only to be playing for Harlow Ladies but to be captain as well.
