 I've always wanted to play rugby since leaving senior school but it was only in September 06 that I finally took the plunge! and I would never go back, I love everything about the game from the physical rough tough side to the social side, the girls are a great team and have made me feel so welcome! I've now realised anyone can play rugby no matter what build or fitness ability you have! I would recommend rugby to anyone, whether you are a sporty person or not! I started playing rugby in 2006 when a friend of mine suggested i joined the team, I started training on the Monday and played in the first league game against Portsmouth on the Sunday! I got selected to play for Eastern counties Ladies within my second season of playing for Harlow. I love the social side to rugby, the girls are very supportive and lots of fun!
