Match Day Sponsorship

Our Match Day sponsorship is an exclusive package designed to give you and your guests an unforgettable day at Ram Gorse. From the moment you arrive to the time of your departure, you will be assured of a warm welcome, with the VIP treatment and a day full of memories. You will be looked after by a club player or officer of the club and, following your pre-match meal will be able to watch the match.

The big day comes and match day at Harlow Rugby Club is the high point of any week. 200 + spectators turn up to see the First XV perform. Additionally are can be 100-200 players and officials on the premises from Harlow and the visiting clubs.

The pre-match build up is when the excitement starts to build. Why not use this time for a product launch or to push your business? 

Bring your clients or employee's along and treat them to your selection from the following: Prices depend on the options you select, a simple lunch packages for 10 people, start at just £250.

·         Three Course pre-match lunch for you and your guests with the club vice presidents.

·         Match Ball sponsorship

·         Club tie as a memento for all your guests

Some of the things we can include if you wish can include:

·         Hire of a private room for a product launch

·         Squad autographed Harlow shirt

·         A replica match ball signed by the squad and presented to you after the game.

·         Framed Photograph with you and the 1st XV team Captain prior to kick off.

·         Match day programs for all your guests

·         PA announcements to credit company.

·         Select your own Man of the Match.

·         Sponsorship of the Guess the Score Competition.

·         The right to use the name "Corporate Sponsor to Harlow Rugby Club".

After the game You will have the opportunity to meet Rams first team players, see behind the scenes and be part of the match day experience.  Enjoy a drink and savour the match day atmosphere. You can then if you wish present the Man of the Match award.
