As a result of the AGM on the 25^th May it was decided to divide the Deuxieme Division into three as the number of teams was increasing. Also there was a body of opinion for promotion and relegation in.future and we will use this year’s results as the starting point if all agree. Accordingly the proposals are that they be as follows.
