For those of you who would like to become closely involved with Harlow Rugby Club sponsorship is the route to follow. This could be long term for a specific team or a section of the club or you could be the sponsor of a specific event or match. Whatever you would like to do we will devise a sponsorship package to meet your needs. Such deals almost always include within the package some of the advertising other options described elsewhere in this brochure. Because each sponsorship deal is individually planned it is not easy to quote a price list. Packages can range for a few hundred pounds to be the sponsor of one of the minor teams to upwards of £5000 for a major team or a complete section of the club. To give you an indication we have listed the type of sponsorship opportunities which may exist, although some teams already have ongoing deals with sponsors. There are however plenty of opportunities, please talk to us.

 - Major club teams: The Men’s First Team, The Ladies Team, The Colts (age 17 – 19)

 - Other Club Teams The 2nd, 3rd and 4th teams, the veterans team

 - Junior and Mini Teams: Junior teams in each year group from under 13 to under 17, and minis in year groups from under 7 to under 12

 - A Section of the club: The Academy (Second team and Colts combined) The Junior Section, The Mini Section

 - Individual League or Cup matches

 - Tournaments such as the annual six-a-side, or a range of one day events we organise for local schools

 - Pre-match lunches and social events

Club and Team Sponsorship

For those who want to make a major commitment to Harlow Rugby club sponsoring a team or even a whole section of the club may be the answer. It is your chance to associate your company with a committed squad of players and to share with them the excitement of success. You will see from our web site that some of the teams already have sponsors but with more than 15 teams covering all ages from 6 years old to seniors these is still plenty of scope for you to join in.

Major Club Teams and Sections:

 - The prestige involved with becoming the official main sponsor of Harlow Rams.

 - Primary branding on team playing strips, including front of shirt and shorts and on replicas.

 - Primary branding on all warm up and training kits and tracksuits.

 - External ground advertising.

 - Advertising in match day programme.

 - Logo on club’s website at www.harlow-rugby.co.uk

 - You’ll receive a Team photo for your office.

 - Access to the Rams, players for promotional opportunities. (Subject to availability.

 - Opportunities to use selected match days for promotional events.

Sponsoring Individual 1^st XV Shirts

What a great opportunity to give something back to the players who put their bodies on the line for Harlow Rugby Club each week.

This scheme is designed to make sure money is available where it is needed for the players. Many of the players make great sacrifices to play the game they love and you can help them by this scheme.

How do you benefit

 - Your name will be credited in the match programme next to the shirt you sponsor.

 - Your name will be credited on the shirt sponsors page on our Web Site and next to the team list which is published to members.

 - Announcements over the PA system when a player wearing your shirt scores.

 - At the end of the season you will be invited to the end of season sponsors’ dinner.

How do the players benefit

The money you put into this scheme goes towards covering the cost of 1^st Team Squad players’ kit which will include (depending on need) some of the following:

 - Kit Bags & travelling attire

 - Training Tops

 - Tracksuits

 - Protective Clothing

 - Possibly contributing to the group cost of private medical insurance

 - Helping to cover the cost of transporting players to away games

 - Ad Hoc Playing Expenses through the year

How Much Does it cost?

It’s just £100 per shirt per season. Why not sponsor the shirt you wore in your playing days?
