Having won their first three games Harlow under 16s found it a different story against  a strong Bury side .The home side  scored two early tries, the first from a quick line out and the second came from  missed tackles in the centre of  the park. One  conversion gave them a 12-0 lead which lasted until Harlow replied with a successful penalty kick  by Sonny  Handscomb.

Bury scored again through poor defensive work and took the score to 19-3 .Towards the  end of the  first half  the Young Rams settled down and  from a  maul prop Zaci Chamneoui held the ball and  crossed the try line to  score a well deserved  try which  was converted by fly half Josh Davies, half time  score 19-10 to  Bury.

Harlow's brief revival  didn't last and  they were punished by the home side  for more defensive errors. Bury scored two more tries and kicked  one conversion before  Harlow began to rally during the last  ten minutes but it was too late.
