Harlow Colts 51 Welwyn 0 Harlow Colts were in devastating form when they destroyed their Welwyn counterparts in a National Plate cup tie at Ram Gorse. This was, by some distance, the team's best performance of the season with every one of the squad contributing to the outcome.
Harlow started off at a very high tempo and pinned their opponents back in their own half for much of the first period scoring five unanswered tries with one conversion H/T 27-0
The second half was more or less a repeat of the first with Harlow playing an exciting brand of 15 man rugby. Although heavily outgunned by the home team, the Welwyn side never lost heart but were floored by a further second half tries,
Harlow now go through to meet Tring in the next round

Harlow U17s 8 Sudbury U17s
Harlow U17’s hosted Sudbury on Sunday in a game that would see the winner crowned league champions.
Sudbury edged the territory in the opening quarter, although the early exchanges were very even. It was apparent in the early stages that both teams had a game plan, Sudbury spinning the ball out wide, and Harlow making ground in the forwards. With the arm wrestling and strong tackling continuing for the entire first half it was Harlow who struck first, Skipper Denzel Crafton chipping through for Jorden Judge to collect and beat two defenders to cross in the corner. The touchline conversion from Crafton unluckily came back off the post. Harlow relied on hard graft and tough tackling to get them through to half time, with Jamie Hunt unlucky to be bundled into touch with the try-line beckoning.
Half Time Harlow 5 – 0 Sudbury.
The second half started terribly for Harlow. Sudbury made quick ground into the Harlow 22, and utilised an overlap to score in the corner. Conversion missed. Sudbury suddenly seemed to grow in confidence and mount heavy pressure on the Harlow try-line. The hosts managed to snuff out any chance of a try, but were penalised for being caught on the wrong side of a ruck. The visitors kicked the penalty to go 5-8 up. The pivotal period of the match came halfway through the second half, when the Sudbury fly-half took advantage of a missed tackle in midfield to score under the posts. Conversion kicked. Almost immediately Sudbury were on the attack again, going through a few phases and again taking advantage of another missed tackle to score again. Conversion kicked. Harlow replied with a penalty to keep the team only two scores behind, but it was Sudbury who finished the stronger and added to their score with a well worked try in the corner.
In what was such an important game, the boys really put their hearts and souls into the game. A couple of missed tackles and the score line looks much worse than it should do. Sudbury are an excellent team who have thrived in the eastern counties competition, and the Harlow boys should be very proud of their performance. Special mention to James Pedder and Denzel Crafton who were the forward and back of the match, but the team as a whole should take credit for pushing an excellent team to their limit. Very well done.

Sudbury U14s 41 Harlow U14s 17
Despite a very early start to make the journey to Sudbury, the Young Rams came out of the traps fast and took the lead against Sudbury after only 10 minutes when Jones crossed the line for an unconverted try. However, the home side struck back and struck back quickly to score 4 tries - one cononverted - to lead 22-5 at half time.
The second period saw a pretty even match with the home team scoring three further tries (two converted) and Harlow scoring two through Cunningham and Davis with one conversion by Whitby.(
