What you can do to keep your details secure.

However secure we make the site, you still need to be careful - especially with the PC you use and your user name and password.

Once you've logged in, never leave your PC unattended.

When you've finished your visit to the site, immediately log out 

Memorise your password. Don't write it down. Never tell anyone else this number.

If you lose your Internet connection while you're logged in, do go back into our site as soon as your Internet connection is restored, and log out.

If you're using Internet Explorer 5 and above, you can find out what level of encryption you're using by clicking on "Help" (on the top menu) and then selecting "About Internet Explorer". If your encryption level is 40-bit, click "update information" and you'll be told what to do.

If you're using Netscape, click on "downloads" on your top menu bar.

Changing the size or type of font

All the text on our web site is scalable - that means you can increase, or reduce, the size of the font. The way you change the font size depends on which Internet browser you use:

Microsoft Internet Explorer for Microsoft Windows Operating Systems:

1. Click on the View Menu.

2. Select Text Size.

3. Pick a larger option.

To alter the font type used:

1. Go to 'View' or to 'Tools'.

2. Open your 'Internet Options' window.

3. Under 'History' choose 'Fonts' and selected your preferred font.

4. Within 'Internet Options' you then need to click on 'Ignore font styles/font sizes specified on web pages'.

5. Click 'OK'.

Netscape:

1. Click on the View Menu.

2. Click on Increase Font.

To alter the font type used:

1. Go to 'Edit'.

2. Select 'Preferences' 'Appearance' 'Fonts'.

3. Choose 'Use my default fonts, overriding document-specified fonts.'
