Unfortunately due to increases in the club's expenses across a range of items over the past couple of years, including utilities and maintenance, the cost of membership is having to rise. The increase is £1 per member for each month. The following table shows the new membership subscriptions from 1st September 2015:

Senior Male Player: £17.50 pm or £210 pa
Senior Female Players: £12.50 pm or £150 pa

Family memberships will be recalculated accordingly. Those paying by Direct Debit will be notified formally of the change in their payments
Membership Application
By applying to become a member of Harlow Rugby Union Football Club
Limited you agree to abide by the terms of the Club constitution as
well as the regulations, core values and ethos of the Rugby Football
Union. You also acknowledge that your personal details will be held
electronically and used solely for the purposes of the management of
Harlow Rugby Union Football Club Limited. All applications are
verified by the Club within 7 days: during this period no monies
will be collected. The membership year runs from 1st September to
31st August. Any Member not commencing payment by 30th October will
be deemed to have resigned from the Club. Any Member that pays by
instalments and subsequently cancels that bank order will be deemed
to have resigned from the Club.

self-employed persons should consider taking out additional loss of
earnings cover with their own insurer.

Family membership may well be cheaper for you if you have more than one person in your family involved at Harlow Rugby Club. Please consider the following:
Family Membership (Mini)
No parents playing; 2 non-voting parents and 1 child £70 annually or £5.80 monthly + each subsequent child @ £23.30 each. Match Fees, subscriptions and kit are an additional £70 per child per year. An example:
Two mini players Membership (1 x £70) + (1 x £23.30) = £93.30 Match Fees and subscriptions 2 x £70 =£140
Total payable = £233.30 annually or £19.45 monthly Saving over £46!
Family Membership (Junior)No parents playing; 2
non-voting parents and 1 child £72 annually or £6 monthly + each subsequent
child @ £24 each. These prices exclude all Match Fees. An Example:
Two junior players Membership (1 x £72) + (1 x £24) = £96
Total payable = £96 annually or £8 monthly plus Junior Match Fees and
subscriptions payable weekly Saving £48!
Family Membership (Senior)1 or more parents playing +
child(ren) Highest senior rate +50% of all subsequent rates (up to a maximum of
£300)
Example 1: One senior male player, one junior male player Membership
(1 x £210) + (1 x £36) = £246 Total payable = £246 annually or £20.50 monthly
Saving £36!
Example 2: One senior player, one junior male player, one junior female
player Membership (1 x £210) + (1 x £36)+(1x£21) = £267 Total payable =
£267 annually or £22.25 monthly Saving £57!
Example 3: One senior player, two junior male players Membership (1 x
£210) + (2 x £36) = £282 Total payable = £282 annually or £23.50 monthly
Saving £72!
